On my second visit I had the same pleasant experience with Lake Dental. They just confirmed and enhanced my positive feelings about this place. Dr. Naeim went out of his way to help me solve my challenging problem with one of my teeth. He is very cooperative, friendly and easy to deal with. They are also very reasonable and fair with the prices. No wonder they have so many 5 star reviews. They very much deserve it.

Only complaint I have is that my partial will be done in about 2 weeks and I have to wait until April 22 for my next appointment to get it. I did request to be put on the cancellation list for an earlier appointment which may or may not happen. Dr Rapp is great and seems to really care about his patients. I feel I’m in good hands. The staff is terrific and seem to enjoy working there.

I LOVE Lake Dental Clinic!! Today I was there for a hygiene appointment. Whitney is an awesome hygienist! She is gentle, doesn’t hurt me, and I love that!! It’s the most important thing for me when going to the dentist, whether it’s for work on my teeth, or just a cleaning. I don’t have to dread appointments. We moved away from the area over 17 years ago, and I have not even looked for another dental practice, as I don’t think Lake Dental Clinic can be topped. It all started with Dr. Otradovec in his private practice, and a sign that said “we cater to cowards.” I drive over an hour to get to Lake Dental Clinic because I continue, after about 30 years, to receive the best care!

I've gone to Lake Dental Clinic since I was a kid and they have always been professional, courteous and made the experience pleasant. Tori did my cleaning today and was awesome! I will be requesting her for future cleanings!

So thankful for staff that are always willing to help. One young woman even went out and swept the salt off the ramp so we could navigate it more easily with my husbands walker. She went out of her way for sure and it made a world of difference. Thanks again. We are grateful.

They were very kind to me before the procedure when I was very pained and felt like I was rude acting, or after the procedure when I felt relief and acted like my natural goofy self laughing and cutting up. They're good professionals and I will be going back.

Normally I would give great review but just had a crown break and the earliest emergency appointment was in three weeks and the person I talked to was not empathetic, very stoic and just did not care. Seems this place has a lot of patients and that’s good but not to have any emergency care in place. I changed dentist. To big for their britches is the saying I guess.
